How this estimate works: BBMP bylaws allow up to 75% of a typical residential plot as buildable ground coverage. The remaining 25% goes to mandatory setbacks, the open space around your home required for light, ventilation, and access. We allocate 135 sqft per covered car park (charged at 70% of the package rate) and add each upper floor at full coverage. All rates include GST.
