1. Acceptance of these terms
These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of buildryt.com (the "Website") and any enquiry you make with us through the Website, WhatsApp, phone or email. By using the Website or submitting an enquiry, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Website.
2. About us
The Website is operated by Buildryt Private Limited ("Buildryt", "we", "us" or "our"), a house-construction services company serving customers in Bengaluru and Mysuru. Our registered address is No 14 Vaibhava Nilaya, 3rd Block, 6th Cross, Vishwapriya Nagar, Begur, Bangalore, Karnataka 560068.
3. Using the Website
You agree to use the Website only for lawful purposes and not to:
- submit false, misleading or someone else's information without their permission;
- attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Website, its servers or data;
- introduce viruses, bots, scrapers or other harmful code, or interfere with the Website's security features;
- copy, reproduce or commercially exploit Website content except as allowed in section 9.
We may change, suspend or withdraw any part of the Website at any time without notice.
4. Information and estimates are indicative
Content on the Website, including package descriptions, specifications, brands, images, timelines and project examples, is provided for general information. It may change without notice and does not form an offer.
Package rates shown on the Website are quoted per square foot, inclusive of GST, and are indicative only. The final price depends on your plot, design, soil and site conditions, approvals, specifications and scope. Images and renders may show optional upgrades, furniture or finishes not included in a standard package.
The binding scope of work, price, payment schedule, specifications and construction timeline are set out only in a written construction agreement signed by you and Buildryt Private Limited. If anything on the Website differs from your signed agreement, the signed agreement prevails.
5. Cost estimator
The cost estimator on the Website gives an approximate figure based on the inputs you enter and standard assumptions. It is not a quotation, offer or commitment. Actual costs may differ significantly. Please speak to our team for a detailed estimate based on your plot and requirements.
6. Plans and approvals
Buildryt does not file statutory approvals on your behalf. We provide liaison support and coordinate documentation with your architect and consultants. Obtaining building plan sanctions, permissions, utility connections and other statutory approvals remains the responsibility of the property owner, and approval timelines are set by the relevant authorities.
7. Enquiries and communication
When you submit an enquiry, you consent to us contacting you by phone, WhatsApp, SMS or email about your enquiry, even if your number is registered on the National Do Not Call registry. You can ask us to stop contacting you at any time by writing to care@buildryt.com. Submitting an enquiry does not create a contract between you and Buildryt.
8. Third-party links and services
The Website may contain links to third-party websites and services such as WhatsApp, Google Maps, YouTube and social media. We do not control and are not responsible for their content, availability or practices. Your use of them is governed by their own terms.
9. Intellectual property
All content on the Website, including text, logos, the Buildryt name, photographs, renders, floor plans, house designs (including Select Homes designs), videos and graphics, is owned by or licensed to Buildryt Private Limited and protected by Indian intellectual property laws.
You may view and print pages for your personal, non-commercial use in considering our services. You may not copy, modify, distribute, build from or commercially use any designs, plans or other content without our prior written permission. Rights in designs prepared for your specific project are governed by your signed construction agreement.
10. Referral programme
We may run a referral programme that rewards you for introducing new customers. Rewards, eligibility and conditions are as published on our Refer page and are confirmed in writing by us. We may change, suspend or end the programme at any time, but rewards already confirmed in writing will be honoured on the terms confirmed.
11. Limitation of liability
The Website is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we try to keep information accurate and up to date, we do not guarantee that the Website will be error-free, uninterrupted or free of harmful components.
To the extent permitted by law, Buildryt Private Limited is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss, or for loss of profit, data or opportunity, arising from your use of, or reliance on, the Website, the cost estimator or any indicative information on it. Our liability for any construction services is governed solely by your signed construction agreement. Nothing in these Terms limits any liability that cannot be limited under Indian law.
12. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify Buildryt Private Limited against any claims, losses or costs arising from your misuse of the Website, your breach of these Terms, or any information you submit that infringes the rights of another person.
13. Privacy
Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect and use your personal data. It forms part of these Terms.
14. Governing law and jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Subject to any dispute resolution clause in a signed construction agreement, the courts at Bengaluru, Karnataka have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the Website.
15. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a new "Last updated" date. Continuing to use the Website after changes are posted means you accept the updated Terms.
