Quality
Built to IS codes. Tested, not just inspected.
Every Buildryt home is designed, built and tested to Indian Standards. Every concrete pour is cube-tested at an NABL-accredited lab, and every report goes into your app, so you can see the evidence rather than take our word for it.
IS 516
Every concrete pour cube-tested
Cubes from every slab, beam and column pour are tested for strength at 7 and 28 days at an NABL-accredited lab.
IS 1786 · IS 269
Steel and cement checked on arrival
Every lot of TMT steel and every batch of cement comes with a test certificate, and steel is checked for diameter and weight on site.
In your app
Every report, stage by stage
Test reports, certificates and check sheets are filed in the Buildryt app before you approve a stage for payment.
What we check at every stage
BRYT-CQCS is our quality checklist, built on these Indian Standards. A stage is released for payment only after its checks pass and you approve it.

The IS-code checklist for building your home
A two-page checklist to take to every builder meeting and site visit: 21 documents, stage by stage, each with the Indian Standard behind it. Tick an item only when you have seen the paper.
New to IS codes? Read the 12 codes that matter for a house, in plain English.
Five reports to ask any builder for
Use this list with every builder you compare, including us. A builder who works to IS codes will have every one of these.
1. A soil report for your plot
The foundation design should start from tested soil (IS 1892, IS 2720), not an assumption.
2. Structural drawings signed by an engineer
Designed to IS 456 for concrete and IS 1893 for earthquake loads.
3. Cube test reports for every pour
7-day and 28-day strength results to IS 516, from an NABL-accredited lab, for each slab, beam and column pour.
4. Steel and cement test certificates
For every lot of TMT steel (IS 1786) and every batch of cement (IS 269 or IS 1489).
5. Flood-test proof for every wet area
Photos or video of terraces, bathrooms and balconies held under water before tiling.
