Know someone planning to build a home? Refer them to Buildryt and earn up to
for every home you refer — 1.5% to 5% of the signed construction contract value, paid in two instalments as the build progresses. See the reward slabs and terms below.
Referral rewards
Your reward is a percentage of the referred client's signed construction contract value (excluding GST). One slab applies to the whole contract value, and the reward is capped at ₹5,00,000 per referred project.

How it works
1. Register your referral
Before your friend first contacts us, send us your name and phone number and your friend's name and phone number on WhatsApp (button above) or by email to care@buildryt.com.
2. Your friend signs with Buildryt
We take it from there. Your reward is earned when your friend signs a construction agreement with Buildryt Private Limited.
3. Get paid in two instalments
50% after their first stage payment clears, and 50% when the structure (roof slab) stage is complete, by bank transfer.
Referral terms
- Register the referral before the referred person first contacts Buildryt, via the WhatsApp link on this page or care@buildryt.com, with your name and phone number and your friend's name and phone number.
- The reward is earned only when the referred client signs a construction agreement with Buildryt Private Limited.
- The reward is paid in two instalments: 50% after the referred client's first stage payment clears, and 50% on completion of the structure (roof slab) stage.
- Each instalment is paid by bank transfer within 30 days of the milestone, subject to TDS as applicable under Indian law.
- If the contract value changes, the slab is recalculated on the final signed contract value.
- No reward is payable if the referred client cancels before the first stage payment, or was already in touch with Buildryt in the previous 6 months.
- One reward per referred project. If more than one person refers the same client, the first registered referrer receives the reward.
- Existing clients, partners and members of the public can refer. Buildryt employees and their family members are not eligible.
- Buildryt may change or end the programme with notice on this page. Changes do not affect referrals already registered.
- Buildryt's decisions on eligibility are final.
