Plan approvals in South Bengaluru
Bengaluru's civic administration moved from BBMP to the Greater Bengaluru Authority (GBA), with day-to-day approvals handled by one of five city corporations depending on where your property is. If your plot is under the Bengaluru South City Corporation, plan sanction goes through that corporation.
Buildryt does not file statutory approvals itself. Our liaison team works with your architect and consultants to prepare documents and follow up on plan sanction and on BESCOM and BWSSB connections, so you are not chasing them alone.
