The EV and solar question for a new house
If you own, or plan to own, an electric car or scooter, the cheapest time to put in the conduit and the electrical capacity is during construction. Classic carries basic EV infrastructure and Premier carries full. Solar provision is a Premier and Signature feature. Ask what "provision" covers and whether panels are in the rate or cost extra.
