COMPARISON
Buildryt vs Indecimal: how two Bengaluru builders compare
Both publish prices and promise a fixed cost. They differ on entry price, payment protection, warranty length and how delay terms are written.
We are Buildryt, so weigh this accordingly. Every Indecimal detail below comes from indecimal.com, read on 18 October 2026. Where the page does not say something, we say so instead of guessing. Indecimal marks several terms with an asterisk (the warranty, maintenance and delay compensation) and the conditions are not set out on the page we read, so ask for them in writing.
The short version
- Indecimal starts lower. Its Essential package is ₹1,899/sq.ft against Buildryt's Classic at ₹2,180/sq.ft. The packages differ in specification, so the gap is not like for like.
- Indecimal holds payments in a third-party escrow account and releases them stage by stage after you approve. Buildryt releases each stage after you approve the completed work. Our site does not describe an escrow account.
- Indecimal advertises a 20-year structural warranty and up to 10 years of maintenance, depending on package. Buildryt gives a 10-year structural warranty, a 1-year construction guarantee and a 10-year waterproofing warranty* (5 years on terraces, bathrooms and balconies), in writing on stamp paper. *Conditions apply; see your agreement.
- Both say GST is included in the package rate, and both fix the price at signing.

An asterisk (*) marks terms that Indecimal's page flags without spelling out the conditions.
Two real differences are worth weighing. A third-party escrow account is a genuine protection that Indecimal advertises and Buildryt does not describe. And a longer warranty number is only as good as its written terms: ask each company for the clause, and ask what is covered, who inspects, and what ends the cover.
On delays, Indecimal states a daily amount. Buildryt's packages page says there is a delay penalty clause and that Buildryt pays you, but the amount is set in the contract and not shown on our website. Ask us for the formula before you sign.
Who each one suits
Indecimal may suit you if the lowest entry price matters most, you want a third-party escrow account, or you value the longest advertised warranty and a maintenance programme.
Buildryt may suit you if you are building in Bengaluru or Mysuru and want a GST-inclusive rate and package specifications in writing, daily photo and video updates, and a 1-year construction guarantee and 10-year waterproofing warranty* alongside the 10-year structural cover. *Conditions apply; see your agreement.

Five questions to put to both builders
- Which clause fixes my price, and what exactly counts as a change?
- Can I have the bill of quantities for my house, with brands and allowances?
- What are the full terms of the warranty, maintenance and delay compensation, in writing?
- Who supervises my site every day, and can I speak to owners whose homes were handed over at least a year ago?
- What is excluded: approvals and government fees, utility deposits, compound wall, rock excavation?
